In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • MIS Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Manage and maintain MIS on all ITMAM activities.
  • Tracking and analyzing historical data, trends and report on ITMAM and individual unit’s performance.
  • Ensuring timely submission of reports and escalations.
  • Service and SLA management:
  • Coordinate with ITMAM units and Business stakeholders to create, modify and finalize ITMAM SLAs.
  • Track monthly SLA performance for each of the ITMAM teams.
  • Ensure Performance packs catering to Senior leadership are published ahead of time for leadership and MT meetings.
  • Complaints / Error Analysis and Reporting.
  • Consolidate ITMAM Annual capacity plan in partnership with ITMAM teams and Business in order to provide the right capacity requirement for Production management and budget management.
  • Drive Staff Efficiency:

-     Partner closely with the operations team to develop strategies to improve efficiency, create control

plans and measure success through Key Productivity Indicators.

  • Assist managers and AOM champions to do weekly plans, and execution of high impact improvement plans for sustainable cost savings
  • Self-Management
  • Manage self in line with the bank’s management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
  • Customer Service
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
  • Continuous Improvement
  • Manage and motivate the peers to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, and projects in line with the bank’s standards

 

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

  • At least 2 years of experience in Retail Banking
  • 2 to 3 years of work experience; Experience of MIS, Dashboards, PowerBI Dashboards (will be an add-on)
  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • Expert Knowledge in Microsoft (MS Office)
  • Basic – Intermediate Skills in Power BI
  • Statistical tools and analysis
  • Sound analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have basic knowledge of risk concepts and Banking products
  • Effective communicator in any medium, internally and externally
  • Determined and self-motivated
  • Team player – inspires and encourages excellent performance in others to achieve common goals
  • Cultural sensitivity and adaptability
