In this role, your key responsibilities include:
The purpose of the Job is to provide assistance to the maintenance technicians within ADCB premises and facilities to ensure services are delivered as per the required standards.
- To receive direction and support, discuss performance and ensure objectives are met with the Line Manager.
- To agree on performance expectations and review progress with the Function Head.
- To update on service delivery and share information with ADCB Colleagues.
- Assist the maintenance technicians in assigned jobs including carpentry, plumbing, electrical work and movement services at all ADCB locations to ensure upkeep of premises and movement of furniture/equipment is as per the required service delivery standards. (Corporate Services Support).
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders. (Policies, Processes,( Systems and Procedures).
- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance. (Self-Management).
- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions. (Customer Service).
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- High School Certificate
- At least 3 years of experience in Maintenance Services.
