It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.

Role Overview
To lead and manage the delivery of Cash Management, Ecosystems and AI initiatives across CWIBG by overseeing complex digital and technology change initiatives, including Open Finance initiatives, API enablement, Liquidity Management enhancements and Virtual Accounts, while acting as the integrator between business, technology and the AI Centre of Excellence (CoE) to embed scalable, data‑ and AI‑enabled capabilities that strengthen platforms, drive adoption and deliver strategic value
In this role, your key responsibilities include:

- Translate strategic objectives into clear delivery plans and outcomes by aligning initiatives to enterprise priorities, identifying cross‑platform, data‑ and API‑enabled dependencies, assessing delivery impacts and defining the conditions required for predictable execution in line with regulatory, risk and governance requirements
- Act as the central integrator between business domains, technology teams and the AI Centre of Excellence to orchestrate, prioritise and scale AI use cases across CWIBG, ensuring AI initiatives are delivered in a structured, controlled and value‑driven manner and embedded within the broader change portfolio
- Drive stakeholder alignment across business, technology and external partners by directing stakeholders towards shared delivery objectives, resolving dependencies and ensuring programme progress consistently reflects business value, regulatory commitments and ecosystem partnership ambitions
- Promote the adoption and effective use of data‑ and AI‑enabled capabilities by embedding AI solutions into core processes and products.
- Manage delivery strategy by evaluating initiative dependencies across platforms, APIs and third‑party integrations, balancing conflicting requirements, and establishing trade-offs that support long‑term platform evolution and ecosystem strategy objectives
- Ensure delivery investment focuses on initiatives that strengthen organisational capability and enable the Bank to realise measurable strategic value from Open Finance, Virtual Accounts and data‑driven propositions
- Align business, technology and control functions around shared value outcomes and maintain portfolio coherence as regulatory, market and ecosystem conditions evolve
- Establish robust execution governance by setting delivery standards, shaping oversight routines, and monitoring progress to ensure predictable, coordinated outcomes across complex digital and ecosystem-enabled change
- Manage capability uplift across Cash Management and Ecosystems by shaping delivery direction around scalable integration patterns, reusable architecture components and data and API-driven enablement, building long‑term platform resilience
- Assess cross‑platform impacts, ensure alignment between architectural, operational and strategic expectations and guide the introduction of enhancements that strengthen the Bank’s ability to support Open Finance use cases, Liquidity Management platform evolution, Virtual Accounts, future ecosystem partnerships, regulatory change and evolving client expectations
- Manage vendor and partner delivery across Cash Management and Ecosystems programmes including Open Finance, API strategy and platform‑led initiatives by setting clear requirements, enforcing performance commitments, and ensuring compliance with internal policies
- Manage delivery risks, issues, and changes, and ensure third‑party solutions integrate effectively with internal workstreams and platform architectures to strengthen connectivity and realise operational and commercial value from ecosystem partnerships and data‑driven propositions
- Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

- At least 8 years of experience in banking or financial services with exposure to cash management, payments, liquidity, digital channels or ecosystem and API‑enabled propositions and responsibility for leading complex multi‑stakeholder digital and technology delivery portfolios
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering, Computer Science or a related discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) or Prince Certification, SAFe, Agile, Scrum Master/Lean Six Sigma Certification
