Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with an end-to-end banking service to help manage their full banking and investment needs effectively. Our dedicated bankers provide a wide variety of solutions to meet clients’ investment and borrowing requirements, including complex and bespoke loan structuring. Wealth preservation requirements are addressed through a comprehensive wealth planning solution, tailored to individual needs
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
· To lead the engagement with clients, overseeing the execution of the sales strategy, the identification of client needs, the build of strong relationships and driving growth of investment Assets Under Management (AUM) in order to promote and sell ADCB Asset Management’s investment products and ensure that the Banks policies are adhered to
· Manage the interaction with the Head of Institutional Sales and their team members, overseeing internal collaboration and the gathering of feedback in order to implement the segment sales strategy, ensuring alignment with identified priority segments and product focus and auctioning of set milestones successfully
· Lead the drive to achieve set revenue growth by targeting new client segments and delivering high-margin revenue streams in order to contribute to the overall financial success of the Asset Management division and achieve the set target
· Lead the promotion of ADCB Asset Management within CIBG, managing the collaborative working relationship with the RMs, overseeing information gathering in order to raise awareness of investment capabilities and to act on suggestions and recommendations
· Lead the identification, with the help of the RMs, of target clients and the engagement with those clients in order to articulate ADCB Asset Management’s investment offerings
· Lead the revenue growth by targeting new client segments and delivering high-margin revenue streams, in order to contribute to the overall financial success of the Asset Management division and ensure the achievement of set targets
· Oversee the data reported client interactions, market feedback, and sales progress to the Head of Institutional Sales, in order to enable informed decision making and strategy adjustments
· Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
· Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
· Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
· At least 8 years of experience in relevant investment roles from private Banking or asset management
· Bachelor’s Degree in Finance or Economics
· Possess a strong mind-set of ownership and initiative in driving sales and client engagement
· Understanding of financial markets, drivers and instruments
· Ability to articulate technical information in a simple and understandable way for clients

· Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 47,000 – AED 70,000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
