  • Define BCM requirements for critical third parties and internal dependencies, ensuring continuity considerations are embedded within outsourcing, thirdparty risk management and service management processes
  • Collaborate with relevant functional owners while retaining BCM accountability boundaries and providing assurance over resilience of critical services and supply chains
  • Own and deliver BCM and operational resilience reporting to senior management and governance forums, covering readiness levels, testing outcomes, material gaps and investment needs
  • Provide clear escalation of tolerance breaches and emerging risks to support informed decisionmaking and regulatory confidence
  • Lead engagement with regulators and internal and external audit on BCM matters, acting as the accountable owner for responses, remediation plans and commitments within the BCM framework
  • Execute and manage privacy due diligence for vendors, outsourcing arrangements and strategic partnerships by accessing data processing activities, validating controller and processor roles, and ensuring appropriate contractual protections are in place
  • Assess cross-border data transfer controls and oversee third-party compliance, delivering clear reports and recommendations to mitigate privacy risks and enable compliant sourcing decisions
