We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Corporate Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:  

 

  • Develop a deep understanding of market trends, competitor positioning, customer needs, regulatory developments, and industry best practices in order to provide riskfocused insights and advisory input into CWIBG product strategy across all customer segments
  • In collaboration with Product Owners, analyse postlaunch product performance, customer usage, and operational effectiveness, and provide observations and recommendations to support informed stakeholder decisionmaking, proposition enhancement, and process optimization
  • Provide advisory support to CWIBG product programs by contributing risk, control, and feasibility input during product development and change initiatives
  • Manage the governance and lifecycle management of CWIBG products by coordinating product design, approval, launch, change, and periodic review activities in line with the Bank’s approved product governance framework, policies, and control standards
  • Coordinate required product approvals and governance processes involving Credit Risk, Compliance, Operational Risk, Legal, and other internal approving authorities
  • Monitor the performance, utilisation, and ongoing suitability of products against agreed product programmes and governance criteria, and assess outcomes from a governance and control perspective
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders including Shari’ah Advisory, Operational Risk, Credit Risk, Legal and Compliance in order to engender confidence in CWIBG’s risk and governance function

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Banking including 3 years of experience in a Risk Management function
