We are looking for a high-impact Product Manager to lead the evolution of our cash management business while driving the next generation of digital products and client solutions. This role goes beyond traditional cash management and is ideal for someone who can shape and commercialize innovative offerings across APIs, e-wallets, virtual accounts, digital ecosystem solutions, and embedded transaction banking capabilities.

 

You will own products end to end, from strategy and market positioning through development, launch, commercialization, and continuous enhancement. You will work at the intersection of business, technology, operations, risk, compliance, and sales to deliver scalable, differentiated, and client-centric solutions that strengthen our market position and unlock new revenue opportunities.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

Product Strategy and Roadmap

 

    • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and multi-year roadmap for cash management and digital transaction banking solutions
    • Drive innovation across payments, collections, liquidity, account services, APIs, e-wallet propositions, virtual accounts, and ecosystem-led digital initiatives
    • Identify market opportunities, client needs, and emerging trends to shape competitive and future-ready product offerings

End-to-End Product Lifecycle Management

 

    • Manage the full product lifecycle from ideation and business case development to design, build, launch, adoption tracking, and ongoing optimization
    • Prioritize initiatives based on business value, regulatory requirements, client demand, and execution feasibility
    • Ensure products are commercially viable, operationally scalable, and aligned to strategic goals

 

Digital and New Age Product Development

 

    • Lead the development of next-generation transaction banking capabilities including API-based services, wallet-linked solutions, digital integration models, and other platform-based propositions
    • Partner with technology teams to translate business needs into scalable digital solutions with strong client experience and robust controls
    • Drive product evolution in line with market digitization and client ecosystem connectivity

Cross-Functional Leadership

 

    • Work closely with technology, operations, implementation, compliance, legal, sales, service, and marketing to deliver products successfully to market
    • Act as the business owner and primary point of accountability for product execution and performance
    • Support frontline teams with product value propositions, commercialization materials, and client engagement strategies

 

Market Intelligence and Governance

 

    • Monitor competitor offerings, fintech developments, regulatory changes, and client behavior to keep the portfolio relevant and differentiated
    • Ensure all solutions are developed and managed in line with internal governance, risk frameworks, and applicable regulatory standards
    • Prepare clear business cases, product papers, governance submissions, and management updates

 

Revenue, Performance and Client Impact

 

    • Define and track KPIs covering revenue, utilization, client acquisition, penetration, retention, profitability, and operational performance
    • Use data-driven insights to improve pricing, product design, client experience, and portfolio performance
    • Contribute directly to business growth, wallet share, and digital client adoption

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

    • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • Experience: Typically 5+ years of experience in product management, transaction banking, treasury, or financial technology (Fintech).
    • Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of cash management capabilities including payments, collections, liquidity management, account services, host-to-host connectivity and reporting solutions. Exposure to digital products such as APIs, wallets, virtual accounts, embedded banking, platform solutions, or other digitally enabled transaction banking propositions
    • Regulatory Compliance: Familiarity with local and international banking regulations, KYC standards, and internal risk frameworks.
    • Soft Skills: Exceptional stakeholder management, negotiation, presentation, and strategic problem-solving abilities
