We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Group Business Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

  • Translate Generative Artificial Intelligence (AI) strategy into actionable product and engineering roadmaps, technical capabilities and backlog items
  • Define value streams and metrics for AI use cases across customer and operational journeys
  • Prioritize AI features based on business impact, feasibility, and ethical considerations
  • Collaborate with engineering and data science teams to ensure scalable and compliant delivery
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on feedback, data, and evolving AI capabilities
  • Ability to prototype rapidly while balancing enterprise-grade security, scale, and compliance using AI tooling
  • Drive AI evaluations and deploy frameworks to ensure AI performance and business needs are aligned
  • Define and implement evaluation frameworks for Large Language Models (LLMs), agentic workflows, and AI models
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) for AI initiatives to ensure transparency and explainability in AI outputs through structured evaluation metrics
  • Collaborate with engineering to integrate monitoring dashboards and alerts into production systems
  • Own and manage the AI product backlog tools like Jira, ensuring clarity and prioritization
  • Facilitate sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with AI squads
  • Remove blockers and manage dependencies across squads and platforms
  • Drive backlog hygiene, delivery velocity, and value realization
  • Liaise between AI squads and business stakeholders
  • Translate complex AI capabilities into business-relevant narratives and requirements
  • Communicate product vision, roadmap, and progress to senior leadership and cross-functional teams by ensure alignment with ADCB’s Responsible AI principles and compliance standards
  • Stay updated on AI trends (e.g., LLMs, Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic systems, Reinforcement Learning from Human Feedback (RLHF)) and assess applicability
  • Evaluate and integrate new tools and frameworks (e.g., LangChain, Azure OpenAI, Pinecone)
  • Champion experimentation and rapid prototyping while maintaining enterprise-grade standards
  • Contribute to ADCB’s AI community of practice and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance
  • Organize and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems
  • Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 6 years of experience in product management, with a focus on AI, digital platforms, or enterprise technology solutions
  • Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact AI products
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Master’s degree or certification in Product Management or AI Strategy is preferred
  • Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager, or equivalent certifications are desirable
  • Strategic product planning, roadmap development, and business case creation
  • Agile methodologies, backlog management, and cross-functional collaboration
  • AI/ML product lifecycle management and ethical considerations
  • Stakeholder engagement and customer-centric design
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Familiarity with AI/ML platforms and product-market fit analysis
  • Value realization tracking and storytelling for technical and non-technical audiences
