Role Overview
The receptionist manages the front desk, serving as the first point of contact for the CWIBG team. They handle front office operations, greet visitors, and perform essential clerical tasks to keep the workplace running efficiently.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:

- To handle the reception desk in the assigned business area to provide support, guidance and be the first point of contact to ADCB employees, visitors and customers in line with the agreed standards

- Act as the first point of contact to provide assistance to ADCB employees, visitors and customers over the phone and face-to-face to ensure they are assisted as required in line with the Bank’s standards
- Prepare letters/emails and handle/distribute incoming and outgoing mail in line with the Bank’s standards to ensure
- the required levels of service are maintained
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and
- Stakeholders
- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

- At least 2 years of experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma
- Organisational skills
- Basic word and excel skills Customer service oriented Self-motivated and self-driven
- Able to work accurately and neatly
- Good presentation and a pleasant manner
