We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Facilitate and drive scrum, Scrumban and Kanban processes within AI squads in order to track their progress and provide advice and guidance.
  • Drive daily standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews and sprint retros in order to identify areas requiring focus and adjust the targets in line with achievement and agreed deadlines.
  • Create logic and metrics to ensure understanding and updated knowledge.
  • Coach team on Jira adoption, data-led decision-making, metrics management, and agile culture of constant learning.
  • Collaborate with Product Owners and Technical Leads to embed AI capabilities.
  • Support Agile Coaches, driving a culture of empiricism backed improvement across product, teams, capability and delivery in order to drive the process and continuous development.
  • Review and provide inputs and agile metrics to the Technology Services Transformation Office in order to drive improvements responding to key pain points and opportunities.

 

  • Straddle between traditional waterfall, complex project management, programme management and product delivery frameworks to ensure all processes are followed.
  • Engage stakeholders to understand needs and translate them into product requirements.
  • Identify and assist the stakeholder understand the business model, value and value proposition in order to fully understand the deliverable being implemented.
  • Act as the liaison between teams and stakeholders to ensure accurate information flow.
  • Drive retrospectives focused on AI tools and techniques to improve team performance.
  • Foster learning around Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), agentic systems, and prompt engineering.
  • Partner with the Artificial Intelligence (AI) community of practice to share agile learnings and best practices ensuring clarity on delivery timelines and risks.

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

  • 6+ years in agile delivery roles, with at least 2 years in AI-centric environments or projects involving Large Language Models (LLMs), Machine Learning Operations (MLOps), or automation
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or related field
  • Scrum, DAD, SaFE or equivalent
  • Prince II, Google PgM, Project Management Professional (PMP) or Managing Successful Programmes (MSP) certified
