Senior Manager - Structured Credit Solutions
The Corporate, Wealth & Investment Banking Group (CWIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, sovereign wealth funds, financial institutions, Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.

In this role, your key responsibilities include

- To structure and execute transactions within the Structured Credit Solutions team, produce related documentation, and conduct risk and investment return analysis for Credit Solutions and Financial Markets business in order to maximise profitability, minimise risk exposure, and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations
- Assist the department head to develop, implement and deliver ADCB’s structured credit solutions strategy and framework in order to maximise profitability whilst effectively managing risk exposures
- Monitor and control the individual budget and keep line manager updated on performance against budget to ensure that expenditure is managed within the appropriate limits laid down in the business plan
- Manage the development and enhancement of ADCB’s structured credit products by engaging and coordinating with internal support and delivery teams, ensuring solutions remain client-focused and market competitive while supporting the Bank’s overall performance and growth.
- Manage ADCB’s structured credit solutions activities and capabilities, including pricing and structuring of transactions and oversight of interactions with internal desks and departments, as well as the origination and execution of trades in line with standard operating procedures and risk appetite, to maximise the Bank’s performance and profitability
- Manage ongoing market evaluation, due diligence, and risk monitoring of prospective and live transactions, ensuring all risk factors are assessed appropriately and effective hedging strategies are implemented to mitigate exposure and support sustainable performance.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience

- At least 7 years of experience in Banking out of which 3 years in a role responsible for structured product derivatives and credit solutions
- Bachelor’s degree in Banking or Finance with strong mathematical background for structuring with the ability to produce quantitative analysis on financial exposures
