We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Asset Management team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Product Development - Guided by Asset Management product strategy, develop and structure ADCB investment products
  • Work with ADCB stakeholders to bring product development from inception through to launch
  • Structured Products Development and Sales - Work with Asset Management colleagues to identify and source new structured product opportunities from ADCB counterparties in order to help clients achieve their investment objectives
  • Partner with Asset Management and ADCB’s client segments to implement sales and marketing strategies for the products to raise assets and generate revenue for the Bank  
  • Develop the overall product proposition to ensure broad reach, maximisation of product capabilities and competitive advantage, whilst at the same time ensuring external regulatory and internal control requirements are met
  • Product Lifecycle Management - Support the business in the achievement of its results through effective product life-cycle management, including product launches, sales and marketing support and resolution of ad hoc support needs.
  • Compliance and Risk - Ensure all products meet regulatory and risk requirements and internal control standards
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Self-Management - Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 7 years of experience in financial services, including investment operations, middle office or asset management product roles
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or a related discipline
  • In-depth understanding of investment products, market trends, regulatory frameworks, and customer needs
  • Familiarity with UAE regulatory requirements
  • Strong numerical and financial analysis capabilities
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and MS Office
  • Detail-oriented and proactive with strong organisational capabilities
