Senior Relationship Manager - Corporate Banking
The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, Non-bank financial institutions (NBFI), to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally.

Role Overview
The Senior Relationship Manager – Large Corporates is responsible for providing dedicated relationship management to a portfolio of large corporate customers. This role encompasses accountability for sales, service, risk, and operational delivery. The role will focus on growing the business sustainably by identifying opportunities to expand the portfolio and broadening client relationships.
Key responsibilities include driving revenue growth by understanding customer needs, adopting a needs-based approach, and delivering appropriate solutions.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:

- Acquire new clients and submit accurate credit applications to ensure an excellent on-boarding experience, achieve assigned targets and secure profitable business transactions
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to offer custom-made solutions to clients in various areas like Transaction Banking, Investment Banking and Financial Market Solutions
- Build and maintain a dossier for each client detailing a 360 degree view to ensure current and future needs are captured
- Conduct client visits in order to identify both business opportunities and risk areas
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
The ideal candidate should have the following experience

- At least 7 years of experience in managing Corporate relationships and portfolio of clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, preferably in Accounting or Finance
- Knowledge of balance sheet analysis and key financial ratios
