We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking Sales team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Responsible for TB Revenue generation by building and executing an ambition business plan, aligned with CIBG’s growth objectives. The role requires driving wallet share amongst Cash Management, Trade Finance & Escrow product lines.
• Providing advice on complex Transaction Banking solutions, identify new opportunities in market to cross TB products and solution.
• Build and grow interpersonal relationships at senior levels, and manage internal stakeholders to deliver TB product and services. Stakeholder management includes both internal and external parties.
• Provide business insights, identify bottlenecks and work with various departments of the bank such as Service, Operations, Product, Risk & credit.
• Grow structured Trade Finance business and bring in expertise to manage and deliver complex deals across the TB Product Suite.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience: 

• At least 8 years of experience in Transaction Banking products and solutions.
• Adept at working in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• Experience in successfully winning complex & high-ticket transaction banking mandates is a benefit
• Interpretation of balance sheets/spreadsheets.
