We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Support in disciplinary issues, financial misconduct and grievance procedures, warnings, suspensions and termination of employment to ensure adherence to the policies.
- Ensure prompt response to the day-to-day problems/queries from the employees in an effective manner and monitor staff repeated cheque returns leading to warning letters and financial coaching and guidance.
- Assist to maintain or increase the score on all services provided at the department level through survey.
- Ensure zero percent error margin in reporting and project execution.
- Monitor adherence to labor laws and internal policies, flagging potential risks or non-compliance
- Contribute to risk and compliance reviews related to employee relations.
- Minimize the total number of major unsatisfactory audit findings requiring corrective action.
- Support audit readiness and implement recommendations to enhance compliance and operational standards.
- Prepare reports and analysis on employee relations trends and cases to support decision-making.
- Ensure accuracy and timeliness in regulatory reporting as per requirements.
- Maintain zero error margin in all reporting and implementation of assigned projects
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 5 years of experience in HR
- Bachelor’s Degree
- Labor law & Conflict resolution knowledge
- HR policies
- Case management systems
