We are seeking an ambitious and driven professional to join our team, working alongside colleagues who share your aspiration to redefine excellence in UAE banking.In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Fast‑track NTB and Enhancement credit requests, managing the full end‑to‑end credit approval and execution process to ensure timely delivery of financing solutions to ensure generation of incremental revenues. 
• Perform financial and credit analysis to structure appropriate facilities for NTB clients and enhancement requests, ensuring alignment with bank policy and risk appetite.
• Identify and drive upfront cross‑sell opportunities across CIBG products to maximize RAROC on all NTB and Enhancement mandates.
• Engage directly with clients alongside RMs to understand financing requirements and translate them into bankable, risk‑aligned proposals.
• Coordinate across Credit, Product, Legal, and Operations to ensure smooth execution, governance adherence, and effective risk mitigation for NTB and Enhancement cases.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• Bachelor’s Degree is Mandatory requirement
• At least 5 years of experience in Banking
