About the business area
Private Banking provides high-net-worth clients with an end-to-end banking service to help manage their full banking and investment needs effectively. Our dedicated bankers provide a wide variety of solutions to meet clients’ investment and borrowing requirements, including complex and bespoke loan structuring. Wealth preservation requirements are addressed through a comprehensive wealth planning solution, tailored to individual needs.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Service Delivery and Process Improvement - Implement all required service improvement initiatives in order to drive productivity improvements as per the plan
- Assist in service delivery reviews on Service Level Agreement (SLA) adherence and ongoing projects with internal stakeholders as required in order to rectify improvement requirements
- Conduct a review and analysis of delivery of service through Net Promotor Score (NPS) scores versus delivery standards, reporting on non compliance and potential initiatives in order to reduce turnaround times (TATs), customer complaints and achieve efficiency improvements and benefits
- Ensure efficiency and accuracy in all Service Manager and Customer Service Officer dealings with the customers by defining service level standards in line with the Bank’s service standards
- Portfolio Management - Complete all corporate actions for brokerage clients to ensure that clients’ portfolio in brokerage platform tally with the Markets records via a regular reconciliation process
- Reporting - Complete analysis of Management Information Systems (MIS) reports on various aspects of operation and service quality, reporting on findings and observations in order to recognise improvement areas
- People Management - Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
- Manage the effective achievement of the team’s objectives through setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing the team and providing formal and informal feedback to maximise overall performance, engagement and motivation
- Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Implement approved departmental policies, processes and procedures, and ensure employee adherence so that work is carried out to the required standard while delivering the required standards of service to customers and stakeholders
- Continuous Improvement - Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards
- Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions
The ideal candidate should have the following experience
- At least 4 years of experience in Banking operations, spread across various roles with a consumer/corporate Banking environment in progressively more senior roles
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Finance related field
- Knowledge of Microsoft office
- Excellent analytical skills
- Provide extended customer service coverage during US and European market trading hours.
- Monitor live international trades and coordinate rapid issue resolution with relevant departments.
- Ensure service availability across multiple time zones and peak trading periods.
