We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Support Analyst in interpreting complex Corporate action notification received from Custodian and coordinate with various Issuer and agents to retrieve complete information on these events.
  • To ensure the complex dividend pay-outs of Private Market Instruments are thoroughly calculated and reconciled before processing in Wealth System.
  • Complete three-way cash and security position reconciliation between Wealth systems, Custodian and Core Banking to ensure all data are reconciled and breaks are resolved within TAT.
  • Review outstanding transactions related to Investment Ops in Custodian Nostro, Suspense and Online accounts and ensure they are responded in timely manner.
  • Ensure team group mailbox are properly managed and all queries are addressed within TAT.

 

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

  • At least 4 years of experience in Investment or Wealth Management Operations with Trade Settlements and Corporate Action background.
  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
  • Securities (Investment) product knowledge Wealth management product/services/system knowledge
