We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Validate end-to-end voluntary and mandatory corporate actions including interpreting complex notifications and sending it to the client and correct processing in Wealth systems.
• Verify the Corporate action notification prepared by team and ensure the same are correctly formatted and transmitted to underlying customers before Custodian deadline.
• Validate the complex dividend pay-outs of Private Market Instruments in Wealth System.
• Verify three-way cash and security position reconciliation between Wealth systems, Custodian and Core Banking to ensure all data are reconciled and all breaks are properly accounted.
• Authorize internal vouchers and external remittances in Core system in an accurate and timely manner.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in Investment or Wealth Management Operations with Trade Settlements and Corporate Action background 1- 2 years of team management experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Accounting, Finance, or Commerce.
• Securities (Investment) product knowledge Wealth management product/services/system knowledge.
