We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Design and deliver training sessions that are engaging, interactive and effective for learners to ensure their engagement and increase the knowledge, skills and abilities of the attendees, achieving the expectation of the business unit.
• Develop training materials, such as presentations, handouts and job aids, that support learning objectives in order to prepare training materials ahead of their requirement.
• Review and update all current training material to ensure they are up to date and relevant to changing regulations, processes and requirements.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in specific area of training and development to ensure innovative techniques and best practice ideas are incorporated.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programmes in order to report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) such as attendance rates, completion rates and learner feedback scores.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts, project managers and other team members to ensure that training programmes meet project goals and timelines.
• Support the development of individualised and group training programmes that address specific business needs in order to support the business with bespoke training provisions that achieve their strategic requirements.
• Stay up-to-date on trends and best practices in training and development in order to share knowledge with other team members.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in training and development
• Bachelor's degree in education, training or a related field
• Strong knowledge of training and development principles and best practices
• Excellent presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
• Experience with developing training materials
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other
• Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job or in classroom training, e-learning, workshops, simulations etc)
• Meticulous attention to detail
