We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Assist in the completion of Financial vouchers, drop authorizations as per Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) and within agreed TATs to ensure adherence to Bank policies and guidelines.
- Follow the approved Operating Procedures, Process flows, Internal Bank circulars and Business guidelines, reviewing and assessing own actions to ensure adherence with Banks policies and guidelines.
- Source and collate the daily download of relevant reports for cross validation, closure of teller batches, creating document bundles and assisting in their storage under dual custody and the zeroization of GEFU suspense accounts to ensure that all required documents are store safely.
- Conduct completion of mandatory compliance and risk training and practice compliance in the course of business to ensure full understanding of changing procedures.
- Maintain own awareness of Business continuity plan (BCP) processes and assist in the BCP testing whenever assigned to ensure all processes are followed.
- Support in the ongoing coordination with the Contact Centre, collating feedback again and reporting on findings in order to resolve customer complaints and queries and provide timely support to customer service centers with a view to providing excellent customer service.
- Assist in the collation and ongoing update of MIS to ensure effective reporting to Management and external parties.
- Assist in the recording of progress of departments achievement to date of their set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), reporting on potential delays and areas of non achievement to ensure achievement of business targets.
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 3 years of experience with at least 1 year of experience in any operation role.
- Bachelors Degree in related field.
- Fair working knowledge of MS Office
- Good Communication
- Working knowledge of Banks system and other system
