We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- To conduct investigations and execute relevant remedial action on all payment related queries received from internal departments/branches, customer contact services and relationship managers in an accurate manner to ensure the target levels and customer expectations are met.
- Perform reconciliation of outstanding entries in the nostro/vostro accounts in order to mitigate any adverse financial impact for the customer as well as the Bank arising from unsettled entries or processing errors.
- To perform accurate screening of payment messages in accordance with the Bank’s compliance policies and CBUAE regulations in order to mitigate regulatory and financial risk exposure.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 4 years work experience with 2 years in the financial back office operations field
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance from a well recognized university
- Banking applications knowledge
- Regulatory compliance and FATCA regulations in UAE
- Advanced skills in Word and Excel
- Basic skills in PowerPoint
- Advanced analytical and problem solving skill
