We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Receiving, verifying and processing Onshore Investment Account Opening requests for individuals received on ITQAN to ensure adherence of Bank policies and achievement of set turnaround times (TATs).
• Complete accounts set up on FCUBS in different varying currencies for all segments and all types of portfolios (execution only, Advisory, Discretionary, ADCB Select and ADCB Managed) to ensure zero operational errors.
• Maintain opening/closing/maintenance of high value Conventional TD A/c’s of HNW/Private Accounts/Private Clients to ensure achievement of agreed TATs and compliance to Banks policies.
• Check documentation to ensure it is in order/appropriate approvals are provided for special interest rate/back-value of TDs.
• Conduct opening/closing/maintenance of high value Islamic TD A/c’s/Wakala Deposits of HNW/Private Accounts/Private Clients to ensure they are completed with agreed TATs
• Check completed documentation to ensure it is as per Sharia requirements and appropriate approvals are provided for special interest rate / back-value of TDs.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
• Bachelors Degree in related field
• Full understanding of the policies and processes
• Very good communication skills
• Good knowledge of MS office
