We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Assess and approve credit administered memo in order to establish credit limits for approvals receive from the Department of Finance, Abu Dhabi Government.
- Review, assess and authorise creation of Card Identification Number (CID), open/amend property related accounts after assessing and confirming necessary documents in order to approve the set up for distribution of property related rental income as per approval.
- Assess and authorise loan settlement and/or releasing of the property upon finalising the loan settlement to ensure they are in adherence with required standards.
- Review and approve created liabilities against Bank guarantees receive from the maintenance and construction contractors in relevant portfolios in order to cover the exposure as per requirements.
- Review and verify property owner’s standing instructions in order to manage the distribution of owner share from the rental proceeds.
- Authorise the transactions processed as per payment instructions from relevant property accounts in order to maintain and update the property accounts.
- Review and sign off day end reports for entire processing of payments executed on behalf of ADCP and ADCE in order to ensure that all transactions are processed from the respective property account.
- Monitor the stock of manager’s cheques in proper register in order to make sure that these instruments are used for authentic transactions and the balance are kept in safe chubb.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 3 years of experience in Banking operations or at least 3 years of experience in Accounts in a Property Management company.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from a reputable University
- MS Office at intermediate level
- Understanding on organisational hierarchy
