We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Supervise payment transaction screening to ensure compliance with regulatory standards
• Manage resolution of high-risk alerts and ensure timely escalation to compliance
• Generate and analyse screening reports to identify trends and improvement areas
• Collaborate with IT to enhance screening system performance and reliability
• Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 4 years work experience in payment operations or compliance screening
• Bachelor’s Degree in commerce or finance from a well-recognized university.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
• Payment operations
• Regulatory requirements
• Transaction monitoring
• Screening tools report writing
