In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Define the requirements of jobs in collaboration with the assigned business units, determining the skill requirement and profile of prospective candidates and identify if there are suitable internal candidates available to fill vacant positions to facilitate a culture of internal transfers/promotions.
  • Screen and identify external and internal applicants for job openings, facilitate the assessment and negotiations and ensure all recruitment related documents such as CVs, offer letters, contract etc. are in order and as per the required standards established for the selection of the right people into the target roles.
  • Integrate information about the candidates from multiple sources (interviews, references, assessments etc.) and formulate an overall picture based on the role requirements in order to consult the internal management about the candidature.
  • Develop monthly and quarterly reports related to recruitment highlighting the key activities, statistical measures and achievement of targets against the plan in order to ensure timely generation of reports and documentation.
  • Define, track, and analyse recruitment metrics, and develop practical tracking and reporting methods to monitor and improve performance.
  • Build, maintain and foster external relations with local and international recruitment agencies and evaluate the quality of service provided by the placement agencies/vendors, based on the achievement of service delivery agreements and performance of the candidates.
  • Coordinate with the Reward team and the business to understand and validate the offer for every candidate to ensure adherence to the process.
  • Provide strategic partnership and guide the business on the most effective strategies for acquiring the talent needed, recommending new recruitment models depending on external and business trends.
  • Liaise with the Emiratisation team to support the hiring requirements of each business unit, in conjunction with the annual recruitment plan so as to ensure increase in the Emiratisation of Full Time Equivalent (FTE) roles.

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

  • At least 4 years of experience in a similar role with experience in screening and interviewing methodologies and techniques.
  • Diploma in Recruitment
