We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Support in analysing the job description and determining the skill requirement and profile of prospective candidates.
- Conduct first level of screening to select applicants that match the job requirements.
- Build, maintain and foster external relations with local and international recruitment agencies and evaluate the quality of service provided by the placement agencies/vendors, based on the achievement of service delivery agreements and performance of the candidates provided.
- Assist in updating a recruitment database that holds information on potential CVs and interviewed candidates ensuring that this information database will aid in fulfilling the future manpower requirements.
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in screening and interviewing methodologies and techniques.
- Diploma in Recruitment.
