We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage and guide the payments screening team to ensure effective operations and compliance.
  • Monitor payment transaction screening to ensure adherence to regulatory standards.
  • Oversee resolution of high-risk alerts and ensure timely escalation to compliance.
  • Review and analyze screening reports to identify trends and improvement areas.
  • Collaborate with IT to enhance screening system performance and reliability.
  • Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own and employee contribution to business performance.
  • Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems.

 

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience;

 

  • At least 4 years of experience in payment operations or compliance screening
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field
  • Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
  • Payment operations
  • Regulatory requirements
  • Transaction monitoring
  • Screening tools report writing
