We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage the team to process all internal and external customer requests in order to records and report demographic data maintenances, credit card issuance and card financial transactions in the card management systems.
  • Ensure timely handover of all interface files for card personalisation and transaction files pertaining to promotional programmes to external processing partner in order to process all closure of all customer requests within agreed time.
  • Ensure internal controls are functioning in all processes, liaise with external partners and vendors in order to confirm that all maintenances and processes are completed on time with no impact to service deliverables.
  • Support business teams and other front end channels to ensure the successful execution of new business initiatives in production environment.
  • Manage the team to maintain a proper filing system for all documents as per the Bank’s standards to ensure the confidentiality and security of all financial data from any misuse.
  • Manage self and team to input data and maintain the accuracy of all records in databases, spread sheets/or other tracking software systems for appropriate planning, forecasting, setting targets, maintaining Management Information Systems (MIS) in order to evaluate individual performance and to support management for multiple business analysis and report to management.
  • Identify gaps and risks involved in the day to day processes in order report to line manager to implement necessary controls to mitigate the risks.
  • Manage self and team in line with ADCB’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own and employee contribution to business performance
  • Organise and supervise the activities and work of the team to ensure that targets and objectives are achieved and the business plan is delivered in line with the required policies, processes, procedures and systems

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

  • At least 4 years work experience in Banking/Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognised university
  • Basic MS Office applications
  • Keyboarding proficiency
  • Banking applications
  • Team management skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills
