In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Processing and Operations: Execute processing and cross sell activities in adherence to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and instructions, to ensure work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to internal customers and stakeholders.
• Relationship Management: Develop and maintain key working relationships with internal ADCB units and vendors as required in order to share information and gather feedback.
• Risk Management: Manage the operational risk issues to ensure adherence to the implemented controls around the process, within the Bank’s risk and incident management framework.
• Customer Service: Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

•  Minimum Experience: At least 3 years of experience in Banking.
• Minimum Qualifications: Bachelors Degree in related field.

• Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 5,250 - AED 6,750 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
