We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Identify fraudulent transactions on debit and credit cards on receipt of alerts based on the rules set up in the respective transaction monitoring systems in order to take requisite preventive action to curtail/minimise the financial loss incurred due to fraudulent transactions for the customers as well as the Bank under advise to customers
- Ensure all identified frauds are reported to the respective department(s) for further analysis in order to take the necessary action
- Evaluate and take the necessary action and provide accurate response to all queries/requests/complaints related to ADCB credit/debit card received from schemes (MasterCard Int’l and Visa Int’l), acquiring member Banks, customers, merchants, Crime and Investigation Department (Police) within record time to ensure all are seen through to successful conclusion
- Support front end channels by providing temporary credit to eligible customers, card block/release within time to ensure the needs of customers are being satisfied
- Input data and maintain accuracy of all records in databases, spread sheets/or other tracking software systems to produce the Management Information Systems (MIS) and update errors/operational losses in order to support management for multiple business analysis and performance evaluation.
- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 3 years of work experience with 1 year in Banking/Financial Services
- Bachelor’s degree from a well-recognized university

- Basic MS Office applications
- Analytical skills
