The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. This sophisticated product suite is powered by efficient digital platforms and distribution channels. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, to large corporates, and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally

 

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Securitization and Fund Financing team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Manage the end-to-end deal process for financing solutions which will include Asset-Backed Securities (ABS) warehouse facilities, and subscription/NAV lending.
  • Draft credit applications and conduct due diligence, including reviewing legal documents (loan agreements, term sheets).
  • Coordinate with legal, risk, and internal teams to execute transactions, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Build and maintain complex, customized financial models (cash flow analysis, LBO/NAV-based) to evaluate deal structures.
  • Conduct stress testing and collateral analysis using loan-level data, particularly for esoteric ABS and fund finance.
  • Support senior bankers in pitching for new business by preparing pitch books, marketing materials, and market updates.
  • Maintain relationships with clients (fund sponsors, issuers) and handle requests for amendments or restructuring.
  • Monitor asset performance, review monthly servicer reports, and track covenant compliance.
  • Identify potential portfolio deterioration or breaches of deal triggers.

 

 

Required Qualifications & Skills

 

  • Experience: 4+ years in structured finance, securitization, or fund finance, typically at a financial institution or rating agency.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA/CFA/CPA is highly desirable.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced Excel (modeling) and PowerPoint skills.
  • Legal Knowledge: Familiarity with legal documentation (ISDA, loan agreements) is essential
