We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- To handle all undelivered returned secured items (credit card/debit card/ welcome kit) and re-dispatch to customers through external vendors handling delivery/ADCB branches on customer confirmation through various front end channels of ADCB to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policy and standards
- Input data and maintain accuracy of all records in databases, spread sheets/or other tracking software systems to produce the Management Information Systems (MIS) in order to support management for multiple business analysis and performance evaluation
- Handle all undelivered secured items like credit card, debit card and welcome kits received from an authorised vendor(s)/ADCB branches (this includes reconciliation, secured storage, system updates etc.) and re-dispatch through external vendors/ADCB branches on customer confirmation through front end channels in order to meet customer requirements
- Monitor vendor deliverables and report any failure or errors to line manager to ensure the required action can be taken
- Prepare and process destruction of undelivered shipments on completion of retention period in order to mitigate the risk in line with the agreed standards
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 3 years work experience in banking and Logistics
- Bachelor’s degree in commerce or finance from a well recognized university
- Basic MS office application skills
