We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Corporate Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

Preference will be given to to UAE National applicants

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • To action requests and complete activities that service Corporate and Investment Banking Group (CIBG) corporate clients in the assigned portfolios needs, coordinating the communications with customers in order to build and maintain sustainable corporate customer relationships and support the coverage teams in increasing ADCB’s revenue generation
  • Respond to corporate client queries and complete financial/trade related transactions, as applicable, for clients within agreed TATs to ensure service provided is in line with service quality standards and Bank policies and procedures
  • Advise, guide and encourage corporate clients to use various digital and self-service channels in order to increase utilisation rates
  • Provide the coverage teams with the support needed ensuring the client experience is well managed in order to achieve a positive feedback on the clients experience with ADCB
  • Manage the client experience for all service and maintenance requests on accounts and for cash management services to ensure their requirements are fully met
  • Create internal memos and corporate customer letters to track and follow up on departmental documentation so as in order to support RMs in ensuring service standards, and adherence to policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

 

  • At least 4 years of experience in in sales and service environment for a financial institution
  • Experience in corporate account opening
  • Experience processing Corporate service requests
  • Excellent Communication Skills
