About the business area: 

The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. The business is committed to driving digital innovation to deliver excellence in customer service. 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:   

• Respond to corporate client queries and complete financial/trade related transactions, as applicable
• In collaboration with the coverage teams, manage the end-to-end process of new to Bank and existing commercial client’s Bank account opening need
• Provide the coverage teams with the support needed ensuring the client experience is well managed
• Resolve issues related to alternative channels offered to commercial clients
• Create internal memos and corporate customer letters to track and follow up on departmental documentation
• Support RMs in preparation and disbursement of certain loan products and programs

The ideal candidate should have the following experience: 

• Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement
• A minimum of 4 years’ banking experience for Account operations or services
