The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Respond to corporate client queries and complete financial/trade related transactions, as applicable
- In collaboration with the coverage teams, manage the end-to-end process of new to Bank and existing commercial client’s Bank account opening need
- Provide the coverage teams with the support needed ensuring the client experience is well managed
- Resolve issues related to alternative channels offered to commercial clients
- Create internal memos and corporate customer letters to track and follow up on departmental documentation
- Support RMs in preparation and disbursement of certain loan products and programs
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- Bachelor’s degree is a mandatory requirement
- A minimum of 4 years’ banking experience for Account operations or services
