We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- Source and collate internal and external Management Information Systems (MIS) reporting and reconciliations, in order to allow departmental analysis and review.
- Manage Insurance Escrow payments, operations and related queries from clients on behalf of the Insurance Escrow operations team, collating and presenting the data, to ensure they are responded to promptly and with zero errors.
- Maintain a high quality of processing and payment documentation for Insurance Escrow accounts to ensure that these are processed accurately to minimise reworking of data.
- Conduct the automation of all Insurance Escrow operations in line with Banks requirements and policies in order to continually improve the service provided to customers and reduce potential processing errors.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of Escrow products, including Insurance Escrow operations, to include monitoring daily outflows from the Insurance Escrow accounts, tracking of errors and rectification entries and ensuring reconciliation on documentation and deviations are tracked and maintained to ensure compliance with ADCB policies at all times.
- Collate the resolved operational related requirements reporting on results and identifying improvement areas to ensure they are resolved within a timely and accurate manner in accordance with Bank policies and processes.
- Maintain accurate MIS for the Escrow accounts, running specific reports as and when required to ensure that payments are tracked and reconciled at all times.
- process payments made for Escrow and Insurance Escrow accounts to ensure they are made within the approved guidelines to ensure compliance.
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 3 years experience in the Banking sector
- Bachelor’s Degree preferably MIS related
- Escrow operational knowledge
