In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Customer Support- Act as the first point of contact for Privilege customers, providing accurate and consistent product information and service in order to proactively resolve customer issues/complaints to the required standards
  • Relationship Support-Assist in maintaining and enhancing customer relationships by identifying needs and supporting product/service recommendations
  • Compliance and Risk- Perform the required care and diligence in day-to-day conduct to protect the Bank from financial and non-financial loss and that the Bank’s policies and guidelines are consistently followed to ensure best practice is shared and promoted
  • Reporting and Management Information Systems (MIS)-Provide standardized and ad hoc reporting services to business units as per Service Level Agreements (SLAs), liaising with and reporting on all activity inconsistencies with the line manager to ensure that they are rectified in a timely manner
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
  • Self-Management- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
  • Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 3 years of experience in Customer Service or Relationship Management within Banking or Financial Services
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or related field
  • Strong Interpersonal Communication Skills
  • Proficiency in MS Word and Excel
  • Customer Service Oriented
  • Bi-lingual (English and Arabic)
  • Ability to Multitask and Self-motivate

  • Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 9000– AED 14500  per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
