In addition to product ownership, the Product Manager should be proficient in gathering requirements, mapping processes, analysing data, and engaging stakeholders to ensure business objectives are translated into practical technology solutions.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

Corporate Cards Expertise

    • Manage requirements throughout the Corporate Credit Cards lifecycle, including limits, controls, authorisations, billing, fees, and reporting.
    • Oversee compliance and impacts related to card schemes (e.g., Visa, Mastercard), processors, and regulatory changes.
    • Coordinate with scheme representatives and vendors on mandated and strategic initiatives.

Requirements & Delivery Enablement

    • Translate business needs into clear, structured requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
    • Collaborate with technology and architecture teams to ensure solutions meet both functional and non-functional requirements.
    • Provide ongoing clarification and support during the development and testing phases.

    • Coordinate UAT execution and ensure formal sign-off prior to production deployment.
    • Support rollout planning and readiness activities for new releases.

Stakeholder & Governance Management

    • Serve as the single point of accountability across business, technology, operations, risk, finance, and external partners.
    • Facilitate alignment, manage dependencies, and drive decision-making across diverse stakeholder groups.
    • Represent the product in governance and approval forums.

Production Ownership & Continuous Improvement

    • Retain product ownership post-launch, supporting issue triage and root-cause analysis as needed.
    • Identify and drive enhancements to improve product scalability, usability, compliance, and operational efficiency.
    • Ensure all product documentation remains current as the product evolves.

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
