We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Transaction Banking Sales - Dubai and Northern Emirates team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:
- To action requests and complete sales and services-related activities to build sustainable customer relationships and assist Relationship and Senior Relationship Managers in increasing ADCB’s revenue generation
- Action customer requests, respond to customers’ needs, complete sales and service activities and ensure complaints are resolved on time in order to build long-term customer relationships and support in revenue generation and ensure satisfaction through incentivized engagement
- Support in gathering the required information and documentation to allow the Relationship and Senior Relationship Managers to analyse clients’ financial health and needs as well as their industries/markets on a regular basis in order to identify lending, selling, and cross-selling opportunities and improve ADCB’s profitability
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:
- At least 4 years of experience in in sales and service environment for a financial institution
- Experience in corporate account opening
- Experience processing Corporate service requests
- Excellent Communication Skills
