The Retail Banking Group (RBG) supports retail and micro-business customers in managing their finances, through expert advice and the provision of a full suite of specialist products and services in conventional and Shari’ah compliant banking. We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Retail Banking team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 In this role, your key responsibilities include

  • Provide support in the ongoing identification of potential new clients whilst maintaining current client relationships, reviewing data collated to identify and report on clients changing needs/requirements in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards
  • Assist in the creation and development of effective plans that manage relationships, anticipate customer needs and provide superior quality services in order to achieve an increased wallet share and high Net Promotor Score (NPS)
  • Source and implement Privilege Club product penetration to base assigned in order to maintain the clawback ratio within accepted tolerance level
  • Assist in the management of customer portfolios, sourcing and recommending new additions that achieve the clients’ requirements, increase profitability and relationship depth while minimising risk in order to achieve desired  targets through cross-sell, upsell and client retention to ensure a healthy portfolio
  • Contact and meet with customers within the portfolio to ensure their requirements are fully understood and products sourced to fulfil their requirements
  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 4 years of Relationship Management experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics

Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) UAE Accredited, International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3) and the UAE Financial Rules and Regulations Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
