Senior Relationship Manager - Commercial Banking

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Mid Corporate team in Dubai, to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in banking.
In this role, your key responsibilities include:

- To lead the acquisition of new and the management of existing client relationships, oversees the potential opportunities to make additional sales and identifying selling opportunities by reviewing daily analysis and the interactions made with clients in order to deliver the targeted growth for assigned portfolio in line with the business plan
- Seek and source new solutions for existing clients, overseeing the enrolment of clients for alternate channels in order to offer value added services that increase transaction volumes and grow the assigned portfolio and ensure best in class product offerings
- Review client dossiers to ensure capture current and future needs; identify and respond to customers’ requirements and ensure complaints are resolved within agreed turnaround times to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Conduct client visits, understand and report on risk profile and highlight/update approving authorities with any changes in order to enable necessary action to be taken
- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

- At least 7 years of experience in Banking in managing relationships and a portfolio of clients
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
- Key Financial Ratios
