In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Relationship Management - Identify potential new clients and maintain the current client relationships, understanding their changing needs/requirements, offering value-added advice and guidance, placing their needs at the forefront in order to achieve desired objectives of the Bank in line with the required standards. Manage potential new client leads, cultivating and converting them into new Privilege Club clients whilst continually growing the sustainable revenues from existing customers in order to achieve the Privilege Club growth and sales targets. Create and develop effective plans to manage relationships, by anticipating customer needs and providing superior quality services in order to achieve an increased wallet share and high Net Promotor Score (NPS)
  • Wealth Management - Oversee the sourcing and implementation of Privilege Club product penetration to base assigned in order to maintain the claw back ratio within accepted tolerance level
  • Portfolio Management - Manage the customer portfolios, seeking new additions and fully understanding clients’ requirements, increasing profitability and relationship depth while minimizing risk in order to achieve desired targets through cross-sell, upsell and client retention to ensure a healthy portfolio. Optimize the potential value and profitability of existing relationships by analyzing and recommending additions/updates in the delivery of appropriate solutions, products and services in order to meet customer needs, improve customer engagement and ensure best-in-class product offerings. Maintain and cultivate an effective dialogue/working relationship with Risk Management teams in order to build a sustainable asset growth.
  • Customer Engagement - Contact and meet with customers within the portfolio to ensure their requirements are fully understood and products sourced to fulfil their requirements. Manage each customer’s Know Your Customer (KYC) details to ensure they are updated in the Bank’s records.
  • Volume Delivery - Develop, manage and measure achievements against set and agreed Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in order to deliver the set financial targets
  • Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures - Adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Self-Management - Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance.
  • Customer Service - Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

  • At least 5 years of Relationship Management experience in Banking/Financial Services industry
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Economics
  • Securities and Commodities Authority (SCA) UAE Accredited, International Certificate in Wealth and Investment Management (Level 3) and the UAE Financial Rules and Regulations
  • Understanding of Retail Banking management products and services
  • Excellent communication skills.
