We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • To oversee the completion and processes of the overall Escrow products operations and Insurance Escrow functions  reviewing and checking that all internal Bank policies and procedures support best practice and are aligned with the Escrow and Insurance Escrow regulations in order to support the Insurance Escrow business expansion on the Insurance Escrow accounts
  • Review and approve presented internal and external created Management Information Systems (MIS) analysing and reporting on trends and potential areas where improvement is required to ensure ongoing improvements and adherence to Bank processes
  • Review and assess completed processing and payment documentation for Insurance Escrow accounts, assessing them against the Bank processes and the accuracy of completion in order to report on findings and make recommendations for improvement  
  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Escrow products, including Insurance Escrow operations, reviewing daily outflows from the Insurance Escrow accounts, tracking of errors and rectification entries and ensuring reconciliation on documentation and deviations are tracked and maintained to ensure compliance with ADCB policies at all times
  • Manage and motivate the team to ensure they contribute to, and participate in, the identification and implementation of change initiatives, programmes and projects in line with the Bank’s standards

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • At least 5 years’ experience in the Banking sector
  • Escrow operational knowledge
