In this role, your key responsibilities include:

- To support the Corporate, Wealth and Investment Banking Group (CWIBG) Portfolio Management function in managing and optimising loan and insurance‑supported portfolios, partnering with internal stakeholders to strengthen portfolio quality, capital efficiency, balance sheet outcomes and regulatory alignment
- Support portfolio management and capital optimisation activities for loan and insurance‑supported portfolios including portfolio concentration, Risk‑Weighted Assets (RWA) and return metrics in line with regulatory requirements and internal risk appetite
- Contribute to balance sheet optimisation by supporting portfolio reviews and analysis to inform management decisions and portfolio strategy alignment
- Ensure Non‑Payment Insurance (NPI) transactions are accurately identified and recorded across Bank systems to maintain integrity of portfolio and reference data
- Prepare, review and deliver portfolio dashboards and management information to support portfolio monitoring, capital assessment and stakeholder reporting requirements
- Support regulatory capital and governance objectives by coordinating with Risk and Finance on portfolio related matters and capital considerations
- Ensure adherence to internal policies and external regulatory frameworks governing portfolio management, insurance‑supported structures and capital optimisation activities
- Act as the day-to-day contact for internal stakeholders including Group Finance, Group Risk, Credit and Operations to support portfolio management activities
- Coordinate with external counterparties including insurers and brokers to support transaction execution and timely resolution of portfolio related issues
The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

- At least 5 years of experience in a Bank or lending setting and/or training with experience in investment strategies and risk management
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Finance, Investment or a related field
- Understanding of Corporate Banking Portfolios and Capital Efficiency
- Knowledge of Risk‑Weighted Asset (RWA) Drivers and Regulatory Frameworks
- Analytical Rigor and Attention to Detail
- Compliance and Controls Mindset
- Stakeholder Management and Effective Communication Skills
- Data Analysis, Report Writing and Microsoft Office Skills
