In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Product Support and Development-Assist in the design enhancement and implementation of wealth products ensuring alignment with market trends customer needs and regulatory requirements
• Performance Monitoring and Reporting- Track and analyze product performance KPIs and prepare regular reports to support decision-making and continuous improvement
• Customer Communication and Campaigns-Develop and maintain product collaterals term sheets and campaign materials to support customer engagement and acquisition
• Market Research and Benchmarking- Conduct market analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for product innovation and differentiation
• Regulatory and Risk Compliance- Ensure adherence to regulatory guidelines and internal risk policies by supporting audits documentation and process updates
• Digital and System Enhancements- Support the implementation of digital tools and system enhancements to improve product delivery and customer experience
• Policies, Processes, Systems and Procedures- Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders
• Self-Management- Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximize own contribution to business performance
• Customer Service- Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all external customer interactions

The ideal candidate should have the following experience

• At least 5 years of experience in Banking/financial institution
• Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Business or Economics
• CFA preferable for Investment Products role
• Customer communication and marketing
• Regulatory and compliance awareness
• Data analysis and reporting
• Advanced Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and PowerPoint)

• Competitive Salary: The indicative pay range for this role is AED 15000– AED 34000 per month. Additionally, all employees are eligible to participate in one of our rewarding variable pay plans.
