We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Corporate Lending and Financing team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• Manage the existing credit proposals RWOE CA/Renewals with Enhancements up to the agreed percentage of the originally approved limit for assigned segments under CIBG process, identifying areas of non-compliance in order to implement corrective action if required, ensuing compliance with the Banks processes and guidelines
• Review and analyse presented financial data spreads (Moody’s) from balance sheet, profit and loss statement and cash flow statement, assessing trend/ratio analysis, reviewing provided opinion on the financial health along with financial projections to ensure decision makers have a clear view on the client’s financial health
• Identify possible risks, reporting finding and recommending mitigation action in order to assess and mitigate the extent of their impact and foresee possible risk mitigation measures to ensure portfolio health and quality
• Spread financial statements using MRA’s and concur on the subjective parameters for the client to ensure MRA rating (validated or indicative) is generated accurately

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking including with at least 2 years of experience in credit risk related position
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Accounting or Finance
• Analytical
• Intermediate MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel and Word
