The Corporate & Investment Banking Group (CIBG) provides a portfolio of corporate banking services, including investment & transaction banking as well as financial market solutions. It serves a broad range of clients both domestically and across the MENA region, including government entities, financial institutions, large to mid-size corporates, and commercial clients (SMEs), and maintains strategic relationships with leading banks globally

We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our Corporate Service team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

• To assist and provide support to sales managers in the implementation of digital cash management and trade products and services
• To complete user acceptance testing, perform issue resolution and carry out post implementation feedback in order to ensure effective product implementation within agreed turnaround times
• Act as the key contact for all online cash management solutions; to identify, resolve and/or escalate issues to ensure a streamlined and efficient implementation process
• To liaise with back-office and technology teams to set digital banking solutions
• To ensure successful and timely implementation for each deal and ensure utilization of the products and services, leading to revenue generation
• To adhere to all relevant organizational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

• At least 4 years of experience in Banking with an understanding of Corporate Banking operations, systems and products
• At least 2 years of experience in Transaction Banking Implementations role or related Technology Client Services role
