We are actively seeking an ambitious professional to join our team at ADCB to work alongside passionate colleagues who share your ambition to redefine excellence in UAE banking.

 

 

In this role, your key responsibilities include:

 

  • Communicate with predetermined customers, representing ADCB in a professional and courteous manner in order to proactively sell a product of the Bank.
  • Ensure realistic commitments are made to customers and render them excellent service in order to differentiate ADCB from the competition.
  • Maintain/update customer information on to the database to ensure up to date details are recorded.
  • Source quality customers to the Bank, which leads to quality references to ensure each case is profitable to the Bank.
  • Adhere to all relevant organisational and departmental policies, processes, standard operating procedures and instructions so that work is carried out to the required standard and in a consistent manner while delivering the required standard of service to customers and stakeholders.
  • Manage self in line with the Bank’s people management policies, procedures, processes and practices to ensure adherence and to maximise own contribution to business performance.
  • Demonstrate Our Promise and apply the ADCB Service Standards to deliver the Bank’s required levels of service in all internal and external customer interactions.

 

 

The ideal candidate should have the following experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience Sales or Telesales.
  • Bachelors Degree in related field.
  • Sound analytical Skills
  • Communication and Negotiation Skills
  • Deadline Management
  • Good computer and numerate skills
  • Willing to be part of a team, grow in the organisation
